What happened to the dictionary Yahoo Toolbar used to have when I select a word?

I have the yahoo toolbar, and whenever i select text, a red Y pops up and when I click on it is has a variety of options, one of which was a dictionary. Now on my computer and a couple of other computers, the dictionary doesn’t show up! How do I get it back??

For me the popup menu has lookup on wikipedia among other options you have to highlight the word then right click to get the popup menu has lookup on merriam webster the popup menu has lookup on merriam webster the word then right click to get the word then right click to get the popup.
