How can I get yahoo toolbar to display the same buttons regardless of the website that I visit?

When I open firefox the yahoo toolbar displays all available buttons. After loging into Yahoo it displays only those buttons that I have selected by the adding and editing process. After loging into yahoo the toolbar displays only the buttons that I want regardless of which site I’m on. Prior to that all buttons are displayed. It is annoying to be forced to actually visit the yahoo website every time I open my browser before the toolbar does what I want.
