I downloaded the Yahoo toolbar beta and now have to download the toolbar everyday. Any help?

i had it and then had to do a system restore and lost that along with everything else on my comp. just to be on the same page with everyone it’s the one up top with the address bar and menu bar. i used to get a “do you want to download this” until i finally did it. now i can’t find out how to get it back.
